SERVICE AGREEMENT

At Memorable Maids we pride ourselves on convenience and high quality service, but communication between us and you (the customer) is very important. Below is our service agreement to ensure there is no confusion regarding the prices and services we offer.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE CLEANS (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly):

 

For those that require a regular cleaning service, please ensure the home is in “average” condition (meaning not looking like a hurricane went through). 

If for any reason the home is found to be in an extremely dirty state we will contact you and reserve the right to charge extra before we clean.

 

ONE TIME STANDARD CLEAN:

 

For those choosing us for a one time clean, once again please ensure the home is in “average” condition and the number of rooms chosen is accurate. 

 

If for any reason the home is found to be in an extremely dirty state or the home has more rooms than booked for, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge extra before we clean.

 

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN:

 

For those choosing us for a move in or move out clean, we ensure that everything provided on our checklist is completed up to standard as we know the importance of an inspection. 

 

If you require extra items to be completed as per your own move out checklist please send that over to us or fill out in the special instructions area on the booking form prior to booking as we will reserve the right to charge extra should any additional requests arise during the clean. 

 

Also, if the home is in terrible condition, or the property is MUCH larger than expected and our team of two cleaners do not believe they will finish the job on the same day we will contact you prior to cleaning and reserve the right to charge for the extra time needed.

– The cost of all services includes everything that is detailed on our checklist and standard add-ons. Any requests that require extra or unusual supplies may be charged additional.

– If you are home for the clean, please limit your directions for our cleaners as they are professionals and will do everything laid out on our checklist.

– Please note that our standard flat rate pricing is for homes under 3,000 square feet. If your home is larger than this size we advise you to contact us before hand as we will need to provide you with a quote.

– Once again we ask that you do not take advantage of our cleaning teams by booking them into an extremely dirty home. If this occurs they will not clean and will contact one of the owners and we reserve the right to revisit pricing in an unusual circumstance.

– Our cleaners need to be able to work freely and without distractions. Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others (children and pets).

– If you do have pets that shed a lot of hair please let us know before hand as we may need to charge extra depending on the amount of hair lying around in the home.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULing POLICY

Please note our cancellation and/or rescheduling policy below:

• Within two business days (48 hours) but more than one business day (24 hours) you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service
• Within one business day (24 hours) you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service
• If you notify Memorable Maids upon arrival that we cannot enter the Premises, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.
